Paul Lovell                        Chairman & Finance Director

Paul is the Club Manager of the Shell Club, Corringham, Essex and having served for two years as Vice Chairman for the Institute, was elected to the Chair at the A.G.M during the October 2008 Annual Conference at Stratford on Avon.

As Finance Director he is also responsible for the day to day issues relating to the BICM financial structure, budget provisions, and the annual accounts.

Glenn Ashley                     Executive Director

Glenn was a former Club General Manager with both ICL/Fujitsu and Celestica for more than 15 years before becoming BICM's Executive Director.

Glenn is now responsible for the complete administration within the BICM and should be regarded as the vital point of contact for all enquires to the Institute

 

Darren Butterfield          Technical Director 

Darren is the Chief Executive  at the Greater Manchester Police Sports Club at the Hough End Centre.

He is responsible for all technologies within the BICM including the development of webcasts and web networking.

Rob Gerrard                    Vice Chairman & Conference Director

Rob is the Managing Director at Ruskin Leisure, formerly the Pilkington Recreation Club in St. Helens, Lancashire.

His role is to co-ordinate BICM annual Conference, each October, including the location, educational and social programmes and the delivery of the 'Conference for Professional Leaders in Club Management.

Dave King                            Business Director. 

David is the Business Director of BICM and a Regional Director for Route. David has worked in the Pub, Club and Hotel sector for over 20 years and previously worked for S & N retail and S & N UK Ltd. He is skilled at taking care of groups and individual units to develop the outlet's business and improve profitability.

 

Rob Morrall                          Commercial Director.

Rob is the Managing Director and founder of the Route Organisation Ltd. As co-founder business partner to the BICM, Rob ensures that the Institute develops in a professional way for the benefit of the members, including such important tasks as Membership Services and Education.
