We organise an annual Conference which gives members the opportunity to attend sessions presented by leading club industry speakers and is one of the main functions on the club manager’s calendar. It is also an opportunity for networking and to hear the latest product up-dates in a relaxed professional environment. We hold seminars to deal with some of the most pressing issues Club Managers face and are proactive in responding to changes in the market place.
COURSES
To assist in the training and development of people in the leisure, licensed retail and hospitality sectors, we can offer a range of courses through ‘Route to Excellence’. Route Organisation Ltd provides training courses that give Managers and staff the knowledge and skills to do their job to the highest standard. This helps with running your operation professionally, ensuring all customers are happy with the service they receive and the profitability of the operation is maximised.
We cater for individual requests for courses as well as running in house courses and group bookings in our venues across the UK. Route to Excellence offers bespoke training solutions especially for you by adapting our programmes to meet your objectives or writing new ones. We will support you whether it is prior to a re-opening following a refurbishment or re-energising an existing team set-up.
If you want to gain qualifications along the way, Route has linked up with awarding bodies to give people the choice of gaining qualifications at the end of each course by completing an exam.
